Third Day of School

In the morning we got these pieces of paper and we had to go around making the noises of the animal on the paper to find our group. In the group we talked about three things we all had in common. We also figured out what our class name would be. (Remember it is a secret until next Friday.) We answered questions about what we liked to do and what we didn't like to do. We also worked on another reading assessment. We had boy/girl lunch. All the girls went into one class and we ate lunch together and talked about ourselves and our favorites, especially our favorite thing about ourselves. In the boy lunch, we learned more about the people we sat with and then told Betsy about them. In Spanish, we did "Como estas." Then we did the alphabet and spelled our names. In Computers we learned (or re-learned) how to make folders and talked about poetry. We are going to type a poem but we didn't get enough time. In Music, we had to sing a song that wasn't very popular. We sang another song that was part Spanish. Now we are writing letters.
