60th Day

We had a great field trip on Friday. Thank you to all the parents who joined us. We had fun at the Book Fair this Saturday and for those of us who couldn't come, Kim is hoping to make a CD of all of us. In Betsy's math we worked on a puzzle like KenKens; we completed left over work; and we worked on Wrap Its. In Kim's math class we worked with our math buddies on Market Research for our Winter Wonderlands. We made graphs of the survey results we collected on Thursday. In Science, we reached into a bucket and felt something and then learned about skin. In Social Studies we continued to work on our projects about the American Revolution. We went to the computer lab and looked up more information on South American countries on the CIA Fact Book for Kids website. We also worked on our Book Projects. Tomorrow we are walking to Hollins to see the Jack Tale Players.
